Marketing Map: Day 4 - Creating Social Media Content Quickly & Easily

Back to the Marketing Map Content

Welcome to Day 4 of your Five Day Marketing Map.

Today is all about social content - and specifically how to create content that:

  • Attracts your ideal audience

  • Builds trust and connection

  • Supports your product (without constantly selling it)

By now, you’ve created:

  • Your brand foundations

  • Your content strategy

  • Your product and marketing assets

Now we’re bringing it all to life through social media content that feels aligned & easy!

The Goal for Today

Social media isn’t about posting more. It’s about posting strategically relevant content that ultimately connects to your offers.

You’re going to learn how to:

  • Use your product-based content ideas

  • Turn them into real posts

  • Create engaging content without being overly promotional

Today, focus on:

  • Exploring your social post ideas

  • Turning at least one idea into real content

  • Experimenting with chat to expand your ideas

  • Reviewing your visual inspiration

Start Here: Your Social Content Tab

Click the “Let’s Get Social” button - this will take you to the Social Posts tab inside your product.

Inside that tab, your social content is organised into five categories:

  • Interactive

  • Educational

  • Promotional

  • Entertainment

  • Inspirational

Each category includes 20 post ideas, giving you a full content bank to work from.

Not all content should be promotional. In fact, the majority of your content should:

  • Educate

  • Engage

  • Entertain

  • Start conversations

This is what social platforms reward - and what builds real audience trust.

First: We’re exploring Interactive Content

The interactive category is designed to spark engagement.

Inside, you’ll find:

  • Story ideas

  • Carousel concepts

  • Text post prompts

  • Video ideas

  • Conversation starters

Example: Story Content

Each story idea includes:

  • A clear concept

  • Suggested frames

  • Interactive elements (polls, questions, etc.)

  • Visual ideas

This makes it easy to go from: “I should post something” to “I know exactly what to post and how”.

Turning an Idea Into Content

You don’t need to create everything from scratch.

Instead, take an idea and expand it using the chat feature.

For example, you can prompt:

  • “Turn this into a full story sequence”

  • “Make this more engaging and interactive”

This gives you a fully fleshed-out version of the idea.

Next: Creating Educational Content

Next, explore the educational category.

This is one of the most powerful types of content because it:

  • Builds authority

  • Provides value

  • Attracts the right audience

Example: Carousel Posts

Each carousel idea includes:

  • Slide-by-slide structure

  • Core message

  • Suggested flow

You can then use chat to expand it into:

  • Full slide text

  • Captions

  • Visual directions

You can take it further by asking:

  • “Add more value and actionable steps”

  • “Make this easier to understand”

  • “Give me visual ideas for each slide”

This turns a simple outline into a ready-to-design post.

Creating Video Content

Video is one of the most effective formats for reach and engagement.

Inside your ideas, you’ll find prompts for:

  • Short-form videos (Reels, TikTok)

  • Talking-head content

  • Educational clips

Using the chat feature, you can turn it into a script by asking for:

  • A full video script

  • Multiple hook options

  • A clear structure

You can also refine it further by asking for:

  • A stronger storytelling section

  • A softer call to action

  • More actionable advice

Adding B-Roll and Visual Direction

Once you have your script, you can ask for:

  • B-roll ideas

  • Shot lists

  • Step-by-step filming plans

This makes your content not just planned, but actually executable (that doesn’t feel like a real word, but you know what I mean!)

Algorithm Hack: Keeping Your Content Strategically Non-Promotional

One of the biggest advantages of this system is that your content:

  • Talks about your product indirectly

  • Focuses on topics your audience cares about

  • Builds trust before selling

This avoids things like algorithm penalties for mentioning particular words or trying to encourage people away from the social platform, fatiguing your audience with overt selling messages, and getting content fatigue from being in “buy now!” mode constantly.

Next: Explore Visual Ideas

Your product also includes a Visual Ideas section.

This helps you bring your content to life visually. You’ll find…

  • Mockup Ideas: Ways to present your product visually

  • Photography Ideas: What to capture in photoshoots or content days

  • B-Roll Ideas: Short clips to use in videos

  • Visual Elements: Design styles, icons, textures, and themes

Why Visuals Matter

People don’t just read, they skim. Strong visuals help:

  • Capture attention

  • Improve understanding

  • Make your product feel real

Even if your product is digital, visuals can make it feel:

  • Practical

  • Relatable

  • Real-world applicable

What’s Next

Tomorrow is Day 5: Action Planning.

We’ll bring everything together and focus on how to turn all of this into consistent, strategic action.

Enjoy creating your social content - and don’t overthink it!
