Share the Magic: The Marketing Magic Referral Programme
In this video, we’ll walk through how to use the Marketing Magic referral programme, including how to share your referral link and create custom promotional assets for your audience.
This is useful if you’d like to share Marketing Magic with business friends, your mailing list, your clients, or anyone in your audience who might find it helpful for their own marketing.
How the Referral Programme Works
When you share Marketing Magic using your unique referral link, anyone who joins through that link will have your referral code saved to their account.
If they go on to start a trial or make a purchase, that activity will be tracked in your referral dashboard.
If they make a purchase, you’ll receive 20% commission on that purchase.
You’ll be able to see referral activity in your dashboard, including people who have signed up for webinars, demos, trials, and purchases.
Where to Find the Referral Programme
You can find the referral programme by scrolling to the bottom of Marketing Magic and clicking the Referral Programme link.
You can also access the referral page from your account area.
Once you’re on the referral page, you’ll see the available live webinars and on-demand demos that you can share with your audience.
Sharing Live Webinars
The referral page includes upcoming live webinars that you can promote using your own referral link.
These webinars are live trainings designed to be practical and value-driven. They usually focus on a specific marketing challenge, business bottleneck, or area people commonly find frustrating, then show how Marketing Magic can help with that workflow.
Each webinar listing includes:
The webinar title
The upcoming date
Your unique registration link
A link for you to join the webinar yourself
The live webinars run on a rotating cycle, so you don’t need to keep updating your links. If someone can’t attend the next available session, they’ll be able to register for a future one using the same link.
Sharing On-Demand Demos
You can also share on-demand demos through the referral programme.
These are instant-access walkthroughs that show how to complete specific marketing tasks or solve common marketing problems using Marketing Magic.
They’re evergreen, so you can share them at any time. This makes them a good option if you want something you can include in emails, resources, social posts, client recommendations, or evergreen content.
Creating Referral Assets
One of the most useful parts of the referral programme is the ability to create custom promotional assets.
Before you generate these, it’s best to make sure your brand information and tone of voice are set up in your Marketing Magic account. That way, the assets can be tailored to your audience and sound more like you.
To create referral assets:
Go to the Referral Programme page
Choose the webinar or on-demand demo you want to share
Click Create Referral Assets
Wait for Marketing Magic to generate your custom promo content
Click View My Promo Assets once they’re ready
These assets are created specifically for the webinar or demo you’ve selected, using your audience information and tone of voice.
What’s Included in the Promo Assets
Instead of giving you a generic affiliate pack, Marketing Magic creates assets that are more relevant to your audience and how you naturally communicate.
Your referral assets may include:
A short promo blurb
A “who it’s for” section
A short email
A longer email
Social posts
Conversation starters
LinkedIn posts
Story arcs
A short video script
A DM invite
FAQs and objections
Text suggestions for promo graphics
You can use these as they are, edit them, or treat them as a starting point for creating your own promotional content.
Using Your Referral Link
When sharing a webinar or demo, make sure you use your unique referral link.
This is what connects the person signing up to your referral account, so you can be credited if they later start a trial or make a purchase.
You can share your referral link in places like:
Email newsletters
Social posts
Instagram Stories
LinkedIn posts
DMs
Client resource lists
Business communities
Recommendations to friends or peers
Tracking Your Referrals
Your referral dashboard will show your referral activity at a glance.
This includes people who have signed up for webinars, demos, trials, and purchases through your links.
The updated referral dashboard is planned to be available by the end of May 2026.
Next Steps
Start by opening the Referral Programme page and choosing a live webinar or on-demand demo that feels relevant to your audience.
Then, generate your custom referral assets, review the copy, and choose the pieces you’d like to share.
And if you want to see the webinars for yourself before promoting them, you’re very welcome to join one and see the workflow in action.
