Blog Generator vs Blog Creator

Marketing Magic includes two blog-writing tools:

Blog Generator: A fast tool that quickly produces a full blog post draft from a title and outline.

Blog Creator: A more detailed tool where you build the blog post step-by-step and refine the structure as you go.

The Blog Generator is ideal if you want speed and simplicity, while Blog Creator is better if you want more control over each section as it’s written.

Step 1: Add Your Blog Title and Outline

To begin, open the Blog Generator tool.

You’ll see fields where you can enter:

  • Your blog post title

  • A topic outline or list of headings

Many Marketing Magic tools already generate blog ideas and outlines, so you can often copy an outline from another feature and paste it here.

Once you’ve added your title and outline, click Save Details.

When the details have been saved, the interface will update and allow you to generate the post.

Step 2: Generate the Blog Post

Click Create to generate the draft.

Marketing Magic will process the information and create several sections of content automatically.

These typically include:

  • Alternative blog title ideas

  • SEO title and description suggestions

  • A blog post introduction

  • Structured headings and sections

  • Actionable steps or key points

  • A closing section and call to action

The post is generated in two main content sections, which together form the full draft article.

Step 3: Review the Generated Content

Once the generation is complete, you’ll see the full draft appear below the tool.

This includes:

Blog Title Options

You’ll receive multiple possible titles you could use for the post, including the original one you entered.

SEO Title and Description

The tool also generates suggestions for:

  • Your SEO page title

  • Meta description text

These can be used when publishing the blog post on your website.

Blog Post Draft

The generated draft includes:

  • An introduction

  • Several structured sections based on your outline

  • Actionable advice or insights

  • A concluding section

At the end of the post, Marketing Magic also generates a call-to-action encouraging readers to join your email list.

Step 4: Edit the Content

You can edit any part of the generated content directly inside the tool.

To edit a section:

  1. Click the pencil icon next to the content

  2. Make your changes

  3. Click Save

Your edits will be stored in your account so you can return and continue editing later.

Step 5: Save and Access Your Blog Post

Every blog post generated through the tool is automatically saved in your Content Library.

To access it later:

  1. Go to the Content Library

  2. Locate the generated blog post

  3. Click View and Edit

From there you can continue editing, regenerate sections, or export the content.

Exporting Your Blog Post

If you want to move the blog post into your website editor or writing tool, you can click Copy All to copy the full article.

You can then paste it into:

  • Your website CMS

  • A document editor

  • Your content planning system

When to Use the Blog Generator

The Blog Generator works best when you already have:

  • A blog topic

  • A rough outline

  • A content idea you want to expand quickly

It’s especially useful for content batching, where you generate several blog drafts and refine them later.

Exploring the Blog Creator Tool

If you prefer a more detailed approach to writing blog posts, you may want to explore the Blog Creator tool, which allows you to develop each section of the article step-by-step.

There is a separate tutorial that walks through that process.
