Accessing the Tools Library
To open the tools library, click Tools in the left-hand menu.
This will take you to the All Tools page, where you can browse the available tools by category.
Across the top of the page, you’ll see several navigation tabs that group tools by marketing activity.
Browsing Tools by Category
Each category focuses on a different area of marketing. For example:
Customer Tools
These tools help you better understand your audience by generating customer insights, messaging ideas, and positioning strategies.
Content & Blogging
This section focuses on long-form content creation, particularly blog-related tools such as:
Blog outlines
Topic ideas
Content structures
These tools are useful if you're building a content marketing strategy around blog posts.
Email Marketing
The email category contains tools designed for different types of campaigns, including:
Nurture emails
Brand emails
Promotional campaigns
Product launches
Some of these tools also appear inside product or lead magnet editors, since they’re closely tied to specific offers.
Launch Tools
These tools support product launches, helping you create messaging and campaign content designed to promote a launch effectively.
Lead Generation
The LeadGen section includes tools designed to attract new subscribers, such as:
Landing page copy
Lead magnet promotion content
Inquiry or signup page messaging
Sales Pages
This category includes tools for writing different types of sales pages, including upsell pages and promotional landing pages.
Social Media
Here you’ll find tools that generate social media content such as:
Post ideas
Captions
Content prompts
These are useful for creating content aligned with your products or brand topics.
Website Tools
The website section contains tools for generating website content, including:
Homepage copy
Video scripts
Website messaging sections
Community & Membership
These tools help create content for membership sites, communities, or group programs, including announcements and engagement prompts.
Using a Tool
When you select a tool, you’ll usually be asked to choose the product or brand the content should relate to.
For example, if you're generating content for a specific product, you'll select that product from a dropdown list.
Once selected, click Create and Marketing Magic will generate the content for you.
Depending on the tool, this may include:
Headlines
Content sections
Page structures
Messaging suggestions
Editing Generated Content
Once content is generated, you can edit it directly within the tool.
For example, you can:
Adjust wording
Remove sections
Add your own notes
Update messaging
Any edits you make save automatically, so the next time you return to that content, your changes will still be there.
Regenerating Sections
If you don’t like a particular section of generated content, you can regenerate it.
Each section has a regenerate button, which will create a new version of that specific section without changing the rest of the content.
This makes it easy to experiment with different wording or messaging until you're happy with the result.
Copying Content
There are two ways to copy generated content:
Copy All – copies the entire document or output.
Copy Section – copies just a specific section.
You can then paste the content into:
Google Docs
Website editors
Email marketing tools
Social media schedulers
Finding Your Content Later
All content generated through the tools library is automatically saved in the Content Library (sometimes referred to as the Content Vault).
You can access this section from the left-hand menu.
This area stores all the content you’ve created for your brand, including:
Sales pages
Social media ideas
Product content
Email drafts
Filtering the Content Library
As your content library grows, it can become quite large. To make things easier to navigate, you can filter content by type.
For example, you might filter for:
Social posts
Product assets
Landing pages
This helps you quickly find content you’ve generated in the past.
Updating Existing Content
If you update something inside your product details, you can regenerate content that relates to that product.
For example, if a product changes from a live program to an evergreen offer, you can:
Update the product information
Regenerate the relevant sections
Marketing Magic will then generate updated content based on the new details.
A Note on Loading Issues
If you ever see a loading icon that doesn’t disappear when opening a tool, try refreshing the page.
Occasionally this can happen when the system is busy, and refreshing will normally resolve it.
If you ever run into persistent issues, you can contact support and we’ll help you resolve them.
Why the Tools Library Is Useful
The tools library allows you to generate specific pieces of marketing content on demand.
Instead of starting from scratch each time, you can:
Generate structured content quickly
Edit and customise it for your brand
Save it for future use
Regenerate sections when needed
Combined with the Content Library, it gives you a central place to create and manage your marketing assets.
