Welcome to Marketing Magic!

Back to the Knowledge Base

If you’ve just logged into Marketing Magic v2.0 for the first time, this video gives you a quick tour of what you’re looking at and where to find everything.

Rather than diving straight into creating content, it’s helpful to first understand how the platform is organised. That way, you’ll know exactly where to go when you need a specific feature - whether that’s setting up your brand, generating content, or tackling items on your marketing to-do list.

This guide walks through the main areas you’ll see when you log in.

Next Steps

Your Dashboard

When you first open Marketing Magic, you’ll land on your Dashboard.

This is your central overview of what’s happening inside your account. Here you’ll see:

  • A summary of the content, products, and assets currently set up

  • Helpful prompts to spark marketing ideas

  • Suggestions for tasks that can help move your business forward

One of the prompts you may notice is the Story Prompt, which connects to the Story feature inside Marketing Magic. If you want to explore that feature in detail, there’s a dedicated video covering how it works.

You’ll also see Business Growth Tasks. These are useful if you’re not sure what to focus on next in your marketing - they highlight practical actions that can help you make progress quickly.

The dashboard is also where you’ll occasionally see updates about:

  • Upcoming features

  • Bug fixes

  • Tips for getting started

The Main Menu

Along the left-hand side of the screen is the main navigation menu. This is where you’ll access the core parts of Marketing Magic.

Here’s a quick overview of what each section is for.

Brand

Your Brand profile is the foundation of your account. This is where you define your business, tone of voice, and key details that help Marketing Magic personalise the content it creates for you. We’ll walk through this in detail in the next video.

Products

The Products section stores information about the things you sell - whether that’s services, courses, digital products, or physical items. Once your products are set up, Marketing Magic can generate content specifically designed to promote them.

Lead Magnets

This area is where you manage your lead magnets - any free resources designed to attract and capture leads. Adding these helps the system generate marketing content that supports your audience growth and email list building.

Content Library

The Content Library is where all the content you generate is saved. If you’ve previously created blog posts, emails, captions, or other marketing materials inside Marketing Magic, you’ll find them here.

Tools

The Tools section gives you on-demand access to all the content generation tools available in the platform. You can filter tools across the top to quickly find what you need, whether that’s:

  • Email content

  • Social media posts

  • Blog outlines

  • Marketing ideas

If you prefer jumping straight into a specific tool rather than following a guided workflow, this is the place to go.

Chat

The Chat feature lets you use Marketing Magic in a more conversational way - similar to using ChatGPT. Instead of choosing a tool, you can simply ask for what you need and generate ideas, content, or marketing assets through conversation.

Transcripts

The Transcripts area is designed for working with video or audio transcripts. This can be useful if you're repurposing content from recordings into other formats like blog posts, social media posts, or emails.

Support and Account

At the bottom of the menu you’ll also find:

  • Support - where you can view help resources and support responses

  • Account - where you manage your account settings

If you ever need help while using Marketing Magic, there’s also a chat button in the bottom-right corner of the screen (on desktop). Clicking this will open the support chat so you can send a message and get assistance.

What to Do Next

Now that you know your way around the interface, the next step is to set up your brand profile.

Your brand profile helps Marketing Magic understand your business, which allows it to generate content that’s much more personalised and aligned with your voice.

In the next video, we’ll walk through:

  • How to set up your brand profile

  • What each of the brand settings means

  • How to make sure Marketing Magic produces the best results for your business
