What’s New: April 2026 - Websites, Stories, Case Studies, and Perks

Back to the Knowledge Base

Over the past few weeks, Marketing Magic has had a series of meaningful updates - some you may have already spotted, others quietly improving how the platform works behind the scenes.

Rather than sending you to a bunch of different Knowledge Base videos, I thought I’d record one main video to walk you through the latest bigger features & what’s changed - but if you want to see any of the individual features in more detail, I’ve linked them all below the video!

If you’ve been in the platform regularly, this will help you connect the dots. If not, consider this your shortcut back in.

Quick Links

The Return of the Story Bank

If you’ve been using the weekly story prompts on your dashboard, you’ll already have started building something valuable - whether you realised it or not. That feature now has a dedicated home again inside your Brand tab as the Story Bank.

Instead of stories sitting as one-off responses, they now form a structured content library you can actively use.

Inside the Story Bank, you can:

  • View and edit previously saved stories

  • Add new ones whenever you have time

  • Build a growing archive of real, experience-based content

But we’re not just creating an archive for the sake of collecting information - you can take easy, straightforward action with all of these! Each story can now instantly generate:

  • Social content (carousels, captions, story arcs, conversation starters)

  • Email drafts built around the narrative

  • Short-form video scripts for platforms like Reels or TikTok

Website & SEO Tools

Another major addition is the Website feature, designed to help you optimise the content you already have - not just create more.

Once you add your root domain, you can begin linking individual pages such as:

  • Your homepage

  • About page

  • Sales or product pages

From there, Marketing Magic analyses each page and provides:

  • Suggested SEO titles and descriptions

  • Keyword recommendations aligned with your brand

  • Clear, actionable improvements

These aren’t vague suggestions, they’re specific changes you can make to improve the clarity, relevance, and search visibility of the page.

Importantly, this isn’t just about traditional SEO.

The recommendations are designed with AI search and natural language processing in mind, which is increasingly how people discover content online.

Tone of Voice

If there’s one feature that quietly impacts every output in the platform, it’s your Tone & Language settings.

If you haven’t filled this in yet, it’s worth prioritising. By adding a few strong samples of your own writing, such as:

  • Website copy

  • Emails

  • Blog content

You give Marketing Magic the context it needs to generate content that sounds like you.

New Demos & Video Workflows to Help You Take Action

Alongside feature updates, I’ve added a bunch of new videos to the Knowledge Base.

Instead of only explaining individual tools, there are now end-to-end workflow tutorials showing how to use them together for specific marketing tasks.

These include practical, time-saving processes such as:

I’m not just showing what each feature does - you’re seeing how it fits into real marketing activity! So hopefully they can help you feel more confident with your marketing.

Case Studies: Real Businesses, Real Setups

A newer addition to the platform is the Case Studies section. This is where real business owners from the Marketing Magic community can submit their business for a walkthrough, and receive:

  • A review of their setup inside Marketing Magic

  • Strategic recommendations

  • A recorded walkthrough showing how to improve their marketing system

These are intentionally longer, more in-depth sessions. They’re less about quick tips, and more about how strategy, messaging, and tools come together in practice.

If you learn best from real-world examples, this is one of the most valuable areas to explore.

You can also submit your own business for a case study via this page.

Member Perks: Support Beyond the Platform

As a Marketing Magic customer, you now have access to:

  • Discounted 1:1 strategy sessions

  • Short, focused “quick win” calls

  • AI and automation consultations

  • Website and email marketing audits

  • In-depth keyword research reports

There are also:

  • Monthly marketing masterclasses

  • Access to the full AI Training Academy

  • Workshops on building custom AI tools

These are optional - but they’re there if you want to explore strategy, systems, or get deeper support.

A Quick Note on Mobile Experience

One of the quieter but important improvements: Marketing Magic is now fully usable on mobile again.

You can access the platform via your browser on:

  • Phones

  • Tablets

What To Focus On Next

With all of these updates, it can feel like there’s a lot to explore - but you don’t need to use everything immediately!

Here are some ideas for how to get stuck in:

  • Start using the Story Bank regularly

  • Optimise one key website page

  • Make sure your tone of voice is set up

  • Try one workflow from the Knowledge Base

… And enjoy having a marketing operating system at your fingertips!
